We can only get things done if people are kind enough to volunteer their time and skills to make it happen, and we're very happy to have any amount of your time and energy however little you are able to spare; many of us have busy lives and young children.

At the moment we are focussing on getting this website up to scratch and public; there are several jobs relating to that if you would be interested in volunteering for any of them.  They will all continue to be needed:

• Editing our website
• Generating publicity / awareness and circulating our details to as many people who might like to know about us as possible
• Putting together our directory pages
• Writing your story
• Writing articles for the site  

There are some other jobs that would all be very worthwhile very soon. These include:

• Organising our first face-to-face meeting
• Being Chair / Secretary / Treasurer of CCN

We're also thinking about other possibilities including things like:

• Organising a family day
• Setting a phone / e-mail helpline
• Putting together an annual newsletter
• Mailing out a newsletter to members without internet access
• Anything else we want to do as an organisation
