We will be having our first Annual General Meeting / family day at the
Science Musuem, Exhibition Road, London on Saturday 18th October.

As we're still a relatively new group and many of us will be bringing young children so the formal part of the AGM will, hopefully, be quite short.

We will have exclusive use of the "Briefing Room" on the third floor next
to the Launch Pad interactive gallery and that is where we will meet
between 10:30am and 11:00am. Anyone who wishes to participate in the
AGM is more then welcome and an agenda will be made available nearer the
time.

Please feel free to bring a packed lunch or there are several
cafes at the museum including on adjacent to the "Briefing Room" for
those much needed teas and coffees. After lunch everyone can explore
the museum. Braille information for the Launch Pad gallery is available
on request.

We ask if you wish to attend this event, please send an email to secretary@childhoodcataracts.org.uk confirming who will be attending and
the ages of the children. Partners, siblings and grandparents all welcome.

Please let us know if you are coming no later then Friday 10th October.
